Key Issues:
A variety of printers were already in use across the school, all from different manufacturers. Ordering consumables was complex as a number of suppliers were involved and costs were difficult to control.
How ASL Helped:
The school had a large network of printers in place but wanted to implement a smaller range from one single manufacturer. ASL supplied a Ricoh fleet of 39 printers and a range of high to mid volume copiers. A management system was also added, where toners could be monitored remotely and new consumables ordered, as and when required.

Benefits
- The new network of printers and copiers provides a ‘one stop shop’ for all users
- Huge financial savings for the school
We chose ASL due to their professional advice and competitive rates. We have developed a long-standing relationship with their Sales and Service teams and are delighted with the benefits provided by the additional devices they have supplied.
