Customer Success Associate

 Salary: £12.26 per hour
We're seeking someone who can play a key role in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experience throughout the customer's journey with the Company. You will be the first port of call to address enquiries, resolve issues, and work to improve retention and satisfaction by escalating issues where needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver and provide excellent customer service both internally and externally, using professional and effective communication across multiple channels.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues efficiently and liaising with internal teams where necessary.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to support product and service enhancements.
  • Ensure timely responses to incoming calls and emails, and implement automated solutions where appropriate to improve efficiency.

KEY MEASUREMENTS

  • Deal packs sent to Salesperson within the agreed timeframe.
  • Lease documents completed within set time constraints.
  • Answer queries and correspondence within 24 hours.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Good team player, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
