Salary £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in shaping financial strategy and driving business profitability. Dealing with high-impact projects and collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Using financial expertise to influence decision-making and contribute to the company's success. Work with finance leadership and SLT to continue to develop finance as a business partner to the rest of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FP&A:
- Identify, build, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
- Provide OEM and trend-based commercial insights and analysis.
- Deliver insightful and targeted operational and financial analysis.
- Dive deeply into operational and financial data to become a subject matter expert and provide added insight.
- Support company-wide projects and strategic initiatives with financial input.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
- Make recommendations to enhance operational and financial performance.
- Drive process optimisation through automation and continuous improvement to improve accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Present insights into key financial drivers in monthly reporting decks for SLT.
- Regularly update and refine financial models to reflect changes in business activity and performance.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with SLT and cross-functional teams, developing and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Act as a systems super-user, supporting upgrades and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support the finance team with additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Deliver ad-hoc and regular KPI reporting and support commercial investigations.
MONTH-END:
- Manage month-end reporting and show performance reconciliation with key departments.
- Proactively partner with other departments to produce on time, high-quality month-end deliverables, including month-end commentary packs and analysis for Board reporting.

KEY MEASUREMENTS
- Timely and accurate completion of month-end reports and board packs.
- Zero or minimal errors in financial reporting and modelling.
- Reports delivered in line with agreed deadlines.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years PQE.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce reports and analysis of a high standard and quality.
- Experience of having worked in Managed Print Services or a similar B2B environment would be useful, but not essential.
