We work closely with the group IT department and integrate MFD devices across the network to operate as photocopiers, faxes, scanners and printers.
Solution
Together we have looked closely at the number of desktop printers in use across the network and, wherever possible, these have been removed and replaced with new modern, energy efficient MFD devices. The operation now has over 90 MFDs and 12 printers under contract with ASL and we are in the process of installing Papercut software to better manage the total print solution.
