ASL’s managed print service (MPS) team were invited to coordinate an extensive print audit of Kempston Challenger Academy’s sites where existing volumes, deployment and spend were mapped. A qualitative analysis was also conducted to help continue to bespoke a scoping document for KCA’s needs.

ASL’s managed print service (MPS) team were invited to coordinate an extensive print audit of Kempston Challenger Academy’s sites where existing volumes, deployment and spend were mapped. A qualitative analysis was also conducted to help continue to bespoke a scoping document for KCA’s needs.
Solution
ASL’s MPS team built a multi-vendor technology platform which would introduce state of the art technology as well as systems to enable cost reduction. This solution delivered a combination of high volume colour printers and mono/colour MFD’s from multiple manufacturers and Papercut software, which delivered the “follow me print” solution required by the college. The deployment was handled by ASL’s own project management team which organised meetings with key staff to ensure the project was delivered within the committed timescales and budget.
