Update to Our Accepted Payment Methods

We’d like to inform our customers of an upcoming change to the way we process payments.

From 31st March, we will no longer be accepting card payments. This decision has been made as part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our internal systems and improve overall processing efficiency. By simplifying our payment methods, we can ensure a smoother, more consistent experience for both our customers and our team.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

Going forward, we will continue to accept the following payment options:

  • Bank Transfer (BACS)
  • Direct Debit
  • Cheque Payments

We kindly ask that all future payments be arranged using one of the methods listed above.

Our bank details can be found on all invoices issued. However, if you would prefer to receive these details directly or if you require support in setting up an alternative payment method, our Credit Control team will be happy to assist you.
