The ASL portal enables you to monitor and view your entire fleet and availability (online/offline)
Meter readings are live ensuring more accurate billing and saving you time, you can view toner % as well as live service (and consumable) calls.
You can even track machine usage, including colour and mono toner coverage, and toner levels to ensure you utilise your fleet to its full capacity.
The ASL portal enables you to check average response times, number of service calls and service availability by machine and by fleet regardless of manufacturer. You can even view historic service records to ensure SLA’s are being met.
Should there be an issue with your machine you can even create service calls via the portal and track your toner and part orders via DPD.
