Building on our previous successes with the Lexmark Partner of the Year, Epson Service of the Year and Kyocera Service awards, ASL are delighted to be shortlisted in two categories at the PrintIT Awards 2020. The categories include:

SERVICE TEAM OF THE YEAR

This category is open to all service teams working in the industry – OEM, distribution, dealerships and IT resellers. The award recognises a team of service professionals that work in a particular geographic or business area, helping to ensure customers’ IT and printing infrastructures are delivered, installed and maintained to the highest standards. The award will go to the team that can demonstrate exceptional work across the last year and how teamwork has led to consistent, high levels of customer care and service.

RESELLER / DEALER OF THE YEAR (TURNOVER IN EXCESS OF £5M)

This award is open to all dealerships with an annual turnover in excess of £5m. The winner will be a print and/or IT services dealership that has achieved strong business growth in the past 12 months.

The judging panel looked for evidence of business agility in terms of diversification and expanding the products, services and solutions you offer; excellence in customer service; and for examples of how investment, innovation, training, new partnerships or marketing initiatives for example, are helping companies stand out from the crowd and deliver an extra value-add service to end-user customers.

Winners will be announced at the inaugural PrintIT Awards Ceremony at The Tower Hotel, Tower Bridge, London on Thursday 11th February 2021.
