Ely-headquartered managed office services provider ASL Group has acquired Gemini Office Solutions, a managed print and related services business based in North London.

The acquisition is the 14th that ASL has completed in the last decade and will bring 200 valued customers to the Group, with opportunities for further growth.

ASL Group managing director Duncan Forsyth said: “This acquisition is an exciting addition to the ASL Group and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the company’s acquisition growth strategy. We are delighted to welcome Gemini on board.”
