Cambridge, UK, 11 November 2019 – ASL Group acquires digital printing equipment supplier Smart Print Technology Ltd, further developing its portfolio of managed-office services.
As one of the UK’s largest suppliers of commercial and industrial print equipment, the acquisition of Smart Print further enhances service for customers as well as strengthening ASL’s proposition as a leading managed-office services supplier. Bringing a wealth of additional resource and specialist knowledge, the acquisition of Smart Print will also position ASL as the go-to source for independent advice.
Established in 2003, Smart Print provides digital print equipment and consumables to the print and graphics arts market. Based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, the 16-year-old MPS provider specialises in production print machines and is the leading independent production print supplier in the UK.
