What is Cyber Essentials?

Cyber Essentials is a Government backed scheme that helps to protect organisations of all sizes from a range of the most common cyber attacks. Cyber attacks can come in many shapes and sizes, but the majority are very basic in nature and are carried out by unskilled individuals.

There are two levels of certification:

Cyber Essentials – this involves a self assessment

Cyber Essentials Plus– To achieve this requires a hands-on technical verification.

Both certifications provide peace of mind that our defences will protect against a range of common cyber attacks.
