Clive Parritt has decided he is no longer able continue in his role as Non-Executive Chairman of ASL and so will be leaving us at the end of the month. Clive joined us almost 2 years ago and has been a key member of the Board as we have grown the business significantly over the period. He has agreed that, if required, he will continue to be available from time to time in a consultancy capacity. We thank Clive for his support and wish him well for the future.

In Clive’s place, I am pleased to announce that we have appointed Dick Steele as Non-Executive Chairman. Dick is a Chartered Accountant and has many years experience as a company Chairman. He is currently Chairman at Portmeirion Group plc, at Country Baskets and at Racoon International. He is also Lay Member of Council at Keele University. We welcome Dick to the company.
