About the NEPA Framework

ASL are a nominated reseller on the NEPA Framework Agreement which enables Higher & Further Education institutions across the UK to partner with ASL and our key suppliers (Kyocera, Canon & Epson) for the procurement of print solutions & services.

The NEPA framework was designed by education and technology experts from within the Higher Education community, making it fit for purpose for the sector. All NEPA approved Print Partners have been selected based on their offering, expertise and experience.

By using the agreement members will benefit from:

• Inclusion of structured KPIs to manage supplier performance
• A new lot 4 which includes a broader range of services now including managed and production print to offer an end-to-end print solution

• Regular framework management of both operations and commerciality, undertaken on your behalf by NEUPC
• Related services such as Help desk, hardware support, pull printing software and support, on-site staff, secure scanning services, bulk print overflow services, digital post room, cloud-based mobile printing, smart lockers, Electronic Document & Records Management System, online print payment and print apps, scanning to invoice to accounts payable, digitisation. Bidders were required to outline their current portfolio of related services in their response.
