Ricoh has completed the acquisition of DocuWare, a leading provider of Content Services software.
Headquartered in Germany and the United States, DocuWare provides cloud and on-premise document management and workflow automation software. The company supports over 12,000 customers in more than 90 countries through a network of 600 partners. Ricoh has a long-term existing partnership with DocuWare, and employs its software both internally in its own operations and with existing customers.

The acquisition is part of Ricoh’s strategy to develop its digital workplace transformation offering and will see DocuWare operate as a subsidiary of Ricoh. Furthermore, Ricoh is committed to growing and strengthening DocuWare across all current and future channels.
